Our lymph glands expel their waste when we jump up and down, when we rotate quickly, as well as when we swing and YES, this makes us DIZZY on our own toxic waste entering our blood system.

Just go to any fair and get in a ride that makes the body experience the above motions and you can vomit and become so ill, you will swear you will never ride again. The ride did zero harm, it actually is a cheap cure and the reason people use trampolines.
