Hi, ordering a bt7 & read your posts about the anxiety. Has it ultimately help with that? Where can I get the best directions for use? What about insomnia? I was on one page that said only certain frequencies should be used before bed, otherwise it can stimulate brain instead of soothe for sleep. What has been your experience & what do you recommend?
