hey...

i finished a 10 day Master-Cleanse yesterday -- it wasn't enough to get rid of my Acne (i recently got horrible Acne on my face that won't go away... been like 3 months so far YIKES!) but rather than continuing on with the MC, i decided to try a series of LF.... i lost very little weight on this Master-Cleanse as well -- i think your metabolism slows down when you are on MC.

is your Acne also a recent problem or...?
