what i think causes the most health problems in humans is mercury fillings, root canals, cavitations, nickel in dental work, MSG and other excitotoxins, grains containing gluten, pesticides on produce and hormones, pesticides and sodium nitrite in meat, and air pollution.  beyond that, people are cooking in aluminum, stainless (has nickel, a carcinogen), and teflon, all of which are bad for health.  many people drink bottled water, so that isn't so much an issue.  i also think people are getting too much fluoride because of produce being washed in it, beverages being made with it, and the high amounts that are in the tea plant. we get it in toothpaste, but if that were the only source besides the natural diet and normal amounts that should be in the environment, it wouldn't be an issue. furthermore, people are eating way too much cooked food;  most food was not meant to be cooked.  and, people who juice are not doing their health any good, because an orange came as an orange, not as juice.  it is very rough on the system to drink acidic fruits like that and we need the fiber and other nutrients in the pulp.  the whole fruit should be blended instead. also, people are not getting enough sun (i am guilty of that).

the problem with chelating, is people want to take one or two things and that just doesn't work.  some chelators are mobilizers and some are binders.  you need a combination.  plus, the brain thinks mercury is a mineral and wants to hang on to it.  so, you have to have an excess of minerals to get rid of it.  there are 2 good products i recommend if a person doesn't want to hassle with buying or taking a lot of different things.  i will list the url below.  i recommend you go to my website and look at what chelates mercury, also.
