Agreed, switching oils is like a new lease on life! Everyone should try to switch after a month or so.

I have a tendency to go between walnut, hemp and sesame in the a.m., but I always come home from work and do a coconut swish almost everyday. It's my down time....sort of like my evening cocktail hour. Me, my VCO, and curezone after work. I look forward to it every day.
