I agree with purplepossom ... everything I've read says to spit and clean the mouth to get rid of the toxins. I think swallowing the swished oil is just going to put the toxins back into your body hence missing the point of oil pulling, right?
Take a look through the oil pulling forum for techniques, but I say definitely don't swallow the oil you've just swished round your mouth.
