No pain from Alb - just once (for now four days) w Praz. Kind of surprised you'd suggest a steriod (cortisone is, right?) - unless herbal. I have not looked into herbal ones "persay", but take several tintures that are known to reduce inflamation.

Interesting suggestion. But I think I'll be okay. I try the mind over matter approach more than anything else.

I posted a note to you. And I WILL hunt you down with my imaginary gun if you skadoodle out of frustration again - as I really do need another stuffed animal on my bed.
