I concur, I've read the same too:
"the statements are based on couple years of reading literature. But I know specifically that Ivermectin and praziquantel both are associated with no side effects or toxicity in cases of uninfected patients. Praziquantel is rapidly absorbed but I know they recommend sometimes that it be taken with food to prevent nausea, as it is quite bitter. Fat increases the absorption of albendazole, which ialso has a low side effect profile. In fact, since you mentioned big macs, they actually did a clinical trial with albendazol, feeding the patients big macs which greatly increased the absorption, as it is fat soluble. Ivermectin absorption actually increases with ingestion of alcohol. 2 for one deal, killing worms and getting toasted. What was the dosage that you took of praziquantel? (how much and how often). Thiabendazole however is notorious for its side effects, but again I blieve this is parasite level related,"
