Thanks Littlebit! Did you suffer with outbreaks before? I've only ever had one and I don't want to sort of.... disturb the virus if thats possible?!? As there are differing opinions on whether it can be expelled from the body with Oregano Oil of whether it just supresses it.
I think I will buy some Oil of Oregano tho and use it with Oil Pulling because I still want some benefits of Oil Pulling so I'd like to try it.
How would you suggest using the Oil of Oregano? How do you take it?
