I forgot to mention that so far I havent done any liver flushes.

The thought of drinking the olive oil makes my stomach roil, but I know one day I will get round to doing one.
However, I still pass loads of flukes, hate to think what will come out when I finally get round to doing the liver flush....lol

right, must get some food my stomach is complaining now...
