yup-- I had some headaches too. LOTS of water. also-- bumming around wholefoods trying their potions and creams helped me with minor brain fog at night.

I saw someone recommending rubbing castor oil on their temples for headaches. this is cross-referencing CZ topics, but go to the castor oil forum. Along with water, castor oil stimulates lymph stuff.... I use castor oil and coconut oil regularly now, though I didn't when I was on HW.
