Seve thanks your a star, I think that is what I wanted to hear and it's funny that you should meantion the EMT cos that is stuff that I have been thinking of for a while. It's also good to hear of other people healing themselves because it can be so flustrating when you are trying so hard and not a lots happening, so it's good to hear the success stories. I just wanted to ask have you managed to get rid of your allergies or has the CS and EFT just relieved them?
