I was on the fast for 10 days. I just figured since the fast was the only thing I was doing different and I had never had an allergic reaction like that before that the Acne outbreak was due to the toxins. I repeated the fast since then for 21 days and only got one big boil on my face. I was still doing my skin regimen at the time.
