I've had Depression for many, many years. A few months ago I started going to a massage therapist who does cranial sacral/emotional release work twice per month. It is expensive, (costs me about $100 a crack) but I can really tell that it is working. I would caution people who want to try this to find a therapist (if possible) that is highly recommended and seems to be in tune with the body and the different messages it puts out. It's been truly amazing how accurate my therapist has been in reading my body's messages. My massage therapist says that in massage school they showed a video featuring "before" and "after" pictures of Vietnam vets with post tramautic stress disorder. She said that after the therapy they received they looked like different people. Just thought I'd share if anyone's interested. It has made a difference to me, and I was someone on antidepressant drugs for nine years and have been off for 18 months!
