Yes...I'm doing buffered C with my Iodine and salt water drinks. Still having breakouts . In fact the buffered C made it worse but I'm assuming the Iodine was not getting into my cells before the C. In fact I'm sure of that because the C changed a lot.

I'm now having cystic more than the pimples I had earlier with Iodine pre-vit C.
The salt water does help somewhat though and the zinc really made a huge difference in the speed they heal.
