Haha...articles like this are really stupid and pointless.
We are a long way off from scientifically understanding the benefits of
many alternative health remedies/potions/supps/regimines/etc.
Why?
Because if we were all better, how would those lovely drug companies make money?
I hate to sound like a Conspiracy theorist, but this is really my opinion.
Im NOT saying ACV is a cure all for all diseases, that would be almost as bad of a generalization as the negative article. BUt we are all different with different bodies, different chemical makeups, and different nutritional/health needs.
Apple cider vinegar is a natural product that triggers relief in a lot of people. Dont listen to the lies!
