That said Molly I did 150 mg a day of Iodoral for 14 days with a few zits and couple headaches, had great energy levels, vision, lost body fat; nothing could hurt this old jarhead right. Up dosage to 200 mg of Iodoral on the third day at 200 notices an off taste in my mouth, a little salty is the only way to describe it. BAM BOOM, day 4 it was like a whole brass band was camped inside my mouth, mucus was running out my nose and down my chin, head was pounding. I slammed down a liter of Water and salt and took a week off. it took that long for things to settle down. I'm back on 150 and loving it, everybody has there limits even this Marine.
