For most people with acne, Vitamin C is not enough.

The salt water protocol is needed for the chloride to capture the bromide and take it out through the kidneys.

Salting out the bromide was a new breakthrough at the Iodine Conference for people who had only using Vitamin C as per the earliest recommendations three years ago.
