you know better than anyone on this board that i have been loving EVERY minute of it! i am the detoxing queen! well worth the benefits i will be reaping when it is all said and done. i got my eye on the prize and that is what gets me thru any weird symptom my body throws at me these days!

wedding is August 4th and i plan on being radiant and healthy!

although i think i am gonna give it a rest after vacation next week...meaning i will probably slow down and give it a rest every few days.

so far i have done a Coffee-Enema every night except 1 for almost two weeks. i seriously think they are what is helping clear my food allergies , but at the same time they are definitely workin my liver hard. i have started to feel tender in my liver area after each one. nothing major...and i feel fine after a good nights rest, but i hope i am not overdoing it. whatcha think?
