just like people being overwhelmed by detox reactions, if it seems like you are stuck, take a break and let your body reset. take two or three days or a week. then start right back where you left off. it did me a lot of good when i did that.

you guys and your sippin the froyg. best i have been able to find here in the outback of america has been the 10 year old. someone tell me its worth it and i will do it.
