HoW,
Hearty congratulations to you to make it as long as you did on only
water!! Don't beat up on yourself because you didn't make your goal; to
do what you did was admirable, and inspired a whole lot of people,
including myself. Your posts were very uplifting and upbeat. I know you
will bounce back quickly. Take good care of yourself and take it slow
getting back to "normal"--though normal probably will never be the
same again, LOL! isn't that the whole point? :-)
