I would appreciate feedback on who has changed their diet to fit the recommendations for blood group A, and found that it has made a difference.

I am considering trying to alter my diet to try out this method, but I don't really want to give up dairy or meat, but guess if I want my full health I may have to seriously consider doing so..

I am very new to this subject and so hope to learn a lot more h ere.
