I hope this information can help those of you suffering from kidney pain in the lower back. It helped me. While I think it's only the start of kidney cleansing, it's a gentle and surprisingly effective start.

Banaba tea has been used for 5,000 years in the Philippines, India, China, and nearby areas, for the relief of kidney pain, bladder problems, urinary tract problems, diabetes Type II control, and weight loss. Although I was unable to find evidence to support it, one of the links included in my link says that it also helps cleanse the liver. Another use, largely unexplored at this point, is for the normalization of blood pressure. Research at this time is focusing on Banaba tea's potential use in controlling Diabetes Type II (both insulin production and insulin absorption) and in reducing weight.

I wrote a long posting at the Liver Flush Support Forum , but I hope the information can be helpful here as well. My posting begins with a general description, but half way through there are many links so you can find out more for yourself.

I hope this helps!
