Hi HOW:

have been curiously reading abt your fasting. For some reason, I cannot convince myself to fast. This is some field in naturopathy, which I am not convinced works in long run. I might be WORNG and all the fasters might be RIGHT.!!

Anyways, had a question on bowels . DO u get BMs everyday you fast? Do u take enemas, or anything to remove waste from the intestines.

Can fasting cause Liver damage in long run? I know you will say NO, cause you just fasted and have faith in the procedure, but I am stil very skeptic.
