I don't know how a biological dentist would differ from a regular dentist, but if you're worried about western medicine, have a biological dentist do it.

As far as the root canal thing---

I don't know. I've read about some people doing marvelous things and healing their teeth (go into the backpages of OP forum) but that's highly subjective.

Get a timeline to work on your tooth; ask your dr. how bad your tooth is and how long before it positively MUST come out, and work with that.

Sometimes though-- you do need a dentist.
