i would caution anyone doing enemas, they go against nature and are never without risk. i sound cavalier about things but i take full responsibility for what i do to my body. the results i get, i post for informational purposes for they are merely anecdotal. what you get from me is as accurate a depiction of the experience as i can, but it is fully subjective open to interpretation. that is not a disclaimer, just a fact.
