Hi Everyone:
I read with interest Trapper’s Iodine Enema. I have done 2 Iodine Enemas so far followed an hour or so later by coffee enema. Except for food debris and a bit of mucus I did not experience what you did. I have now increased my internal consumption of Lugol’s to 6 drops 2x a day after all the itching and pain I was experiencing had subsided. I believe Iodine and coffee enema did assist in making my detox symptoms less. I may increase to 7 drops 2x a day today. Have been taking Lugol for over 3 weeks now.

For the first iodine enema I used 10 drops of Lugol’s in 2 quarts of water and the second time I increased Lugol’s to 26 drops again in 2 quarts with 1 tbl of Epsom Salt and lay on my left side and held for 15 minutes. Do you think that the 2 quarts of water it too much and I should have had only 3 cups of water? Did any of you add Epsom Salt?

I used 3 tbl of ground organic coffee with 2 flat tbl of Epsom Salt and lay on my right side and held the liquid for 20 minutes….. Is 3 tbl of Epsom Salt (1 tbl in Lugols and 2 tbl in coffee in a day) too much to take?

If you have any suggestions or advice please do let me know as I would like to repeat both the enemas this weekend and if I have to make any changes I would like to incorporate them. I do not follow coffee enema with any cleansing enemas as I feel I have cleansed by iodine enema first for coffee to remove toxins.
