yes, i am aware that the bottle of udo's choice (just like the bottle of vsl) says to take their supplements with meals and i have done this in my past when taking these supplements. i have found, however, that this has not helped at all. how could it? your probiotic supplement will sit in an acid bath for an hour before moving to your small intestine. i am just recounting my personal experience, lennyh, not trying to preach. but i do feel strongly about this issue
