but juicing 12 juices a day is quite a task if you're not so desperate to heal, would you have any time left for the rest?
anyway, Gerson is also about using Iodine and potassium. There is no limits to where a mineral unbalance, if severe, can take you. I hope tha the forum on minerals and trace minerals asked by trapper will be opened, it will be very interesting. There are minerals that not even a ton of juices can give you, for example iodine.
Regarding blenders, I am bit perplex on the oxidizing factor. I mean, air doesn't do any good to juices right? and blenders create a vortex of air. The study we've been discussing in a part of this thread was stating that the less foam the better, well blenders produce a lot of foam, it seems to me that a part of the smoothness of the smoothies come exactly from the mixing up with air, so... I wish finallyfaith was around, he would have an answer to this based on data I am sure.
