Ummm.... practically for many, many, many things.

VCO for massages.
VCO for insect bites.
VCO for skin irritations.
VCO for moisturizing skin.
VCO for frying.
VCO as a supplement, 2 tbsp a day for good health, the medium chain fatty acids allow for better absorption of vitamins, just like lecithin.
VCO as a medium for other medicines, say python bile, or leaf juices.

I use VCO for yeast infections, the fastest method yet. Got rid of my jock itch in 3 days. VCO fasting.
