My mother is in her mid 50s, somewhat overweight. She has problems with occasional swollen feet/legs. She usually takes diuretics during those times and that gives her fast relief.
This time, we went to the beach and she burned her legs/feet in the sun. Somehow that contributed to her swelling. It's a third day, but swelling is still pretty bad, plus skin is very red ans hot from the sun.

I've been giving her coconut oil (on skin) and some over the counter aloe vera stuff.
There are no good diuretics around, only the ones with caffeine.
is there anything she could take to relief this fast?
Please advise. Thank you
