Hi Julie:

I only feel pain in my bones, more so in my left knee. I must say that knee problems run in my family. I also need to walk lot more and then see the difference. Today is much better day than yesterday, it gave me just a slight pain when I climbed the stairs at the end of the day. In the morning I ran up two flights of stairs and nothing happened. Anyway, you take care of you self. I am also planning to be on 4 drops in 24 oz water bottle for one week. Then I shal up it and see what happens.
