I remember when I was bodybuilding that there was constant
emphasis on chewing food until it was paste.
Sometimes "Muscle and Fitness"
magazine would have an issue that showed
a picture of a guy with his mouth open
and showing his food as paste.
Not the most appetizing
photo.
