High speed blending may be the best way to consume nutrients. I own a Vita-Prep 3 (by Vita-Mix) that takes Blending to the next 'Level'. It's excellent for Smoothies. I used the Pump-n-Seal when I was drinking Carrot Juice throughout the day. It did a nice job but I've gotten away from it now......WY
