acv has helped me overcome serious annual allergies and helped me when I have digestion problems..ACV helps me when I have excessive mucous.... OH my...it is my favorite supplement... I disagree beyond anything I can say with the author of that article...

The number 1 health problem is gut problems related to bad food choices... Those who believe in herbal treatments and folk remedies don't need drugs. They find dietary ways including herbs and natural remedies to balance their bodies. Adding rat poison(drugs) is certainly not the answer.

After finding ACV, I have never needed any drugs.... If drugs are "real science" then I will stick with my trial and error pseudo science... Thank You
