Thanks for your posts guys! glad to see I'M NOT ALONE!

-lol, i too have to RUN to the toilet as soon as i have bowel movement now, at first the stools were loosened, now its runs....

-i've taken a 4 day break, and i now oil pull before dinner....this is 2 hours after my last meal, and around an hour before dinner...IS THIS OK?

-since this, (2 days) i havent had any dodgey diarreah, and i pray this is my soloution. my skin is still looking great, and my eyes are sparkly...honestly this stuff is amazing. i just use regular unrefined sunflower cooking oil! My mum thinks i'm mad, but i guess i ntiem she will catch on (as always) - as shes seen some health practises work over the years, i am very selective over which methods i use, and this is one of them.

-hey laura, thanks for your response! could it be, that the oil pulling brought out MY dormant herpes infection too?! ok, this is scary, but i began oil pulling about 3-4 weeks ago, which is WHEN i had my first outbreak. my ex-partner claims to have had no outbreaks..EVER. i will try oil pulling coconut oil...as far as i know i'm not allergic, my family abroad and i drink coconut water alot of the time. and my mother adds coconut to our food. i'm a bit shy of oregano oil, it seems so potent...i will be taking olive leaf extract soon and maybe Colloidal Silver ...wont oregano oil be too much to add to this?

its promised that this may never come out again. the 2nd outbreak is so very mild. another thing...if oil pulling gets rid of toxins and old meds, i bet taking acicloyvir and then flushing with oil pulling could cause another outbreak? I think these methods work best when the body is free of any current meds.
