Try magpulsing for a few min in each area. Underarms, behind knees etc. No matter what freq you pick on the BT7 they are all 111hz and then just modulated by a couple of other freqs. Use the one that feels best. I like the 7.8hz Schuman freq #3 and half power #6. Very soothing if you dial it in to where you can just barely feel it.
