Hey there!

When I have to do a BM, it's like it HAS to be right then. Sometimes I can barely make it to the throne in time without filling my pants! I might reduce it to twice a day for a wile, or switch to Sesame oil for a while. I'm going to do it for 20 minutes in the morning, that's for sure. :-)
