You'll have waves. I was pretty exhausted until I eliminated a TON of mucus from my bowels...then I felt super sharp! It took maybe 7 or 8 days, though, to get there this time. I'm on Day 11 now and I've been waking up at 4am and working until 10 or 11 with no trouble. I've been really exhausted for a long time...that was part of the reason for the fast. Today the mucus is coming out of my nose, so everyone thinks I'm making myself sick!
