Hi Arkie,

I think it might have been a post of yours that mentioned taking a dose of Epsoms after the egg mixture. Your mentioning eating Thai food afterwards jogged my memory. :)

I would like to do it more often than I do, but I have reservations about taking the epsoms so much. Of course, the castor oil could flush me out pretty good too... I'll have to consider doing them closer together.

LOL, about being normal... who wants to be normal?! LOL, unless it has to do with having a healthy liver and body!

Thank you so much for mentioned the Espsom salt clean out. I wouldn't now be feeling as well as a I do!
