I have had four fasts in my past. Anywhere from 9-22 days long.

Not until I learned I was iodine-deficient have I discovered a true sense of spirituality! I believe that what Edgar Cayce said in that our true spiritual selves are connected to the endocrine system...in a real physical way.

Iodine. Learn about it. Ask to be Led into which form to take (I take the detoxified Iodine found at this site).

I truly believe you will not be sorry.

This fast I'm on now (now on day 31) is the most spiritual one I've been on...but I still can't wait to eat again! LOL!
