Hi,
I have had a lip peeling problem from the past 3 years. Whenever they come into contact with water or any liquid my lower lip turns whitish & starts peeling off. Also the middle part of my upper lip (inverted triangle shape) has the same problem.
I have visited 2 dermatologist but they have been of no help. Even after continuously applying lip balm my lips still turn dry & start peeling after 2-4 days.

Has anyone tried the Dr. Dan's CortiBalm™ Medicated Lip Balm??

I did find Vit E tables effective for some time.
