there is no need to rip out teeth. where you have teeth, there is generally no cavitation. we don't use the cavitat. it is supposed to be improved, but it used to show a cavitation in every tooth, where teeth were at. cavitations generally only occur in 3 ways: an extraction by a non-biologic dentist, a root canal, an injury to the mouth, such as an impact in a car accident.
