i use sunflower, of a morning time, before i consume anything

about 2 days after iexperience moderate-severe diarea...

is this a symptom of detoxification?

i love the benefits...i've experience the following positive things:

-scars reduction, fading 100%
-spotless skin (all over)
-shiney golden (natural colour) complexion
-white stronger teeth
-increased appetite (i'm on the skinny side of life lol)

but why am i having diarreah?!

also, could oil pulling induce a herpes breakout...i've had one recently just after my first ever outbreak.

not too sure but would love some advice please!

anyone else gettin diarreah?

i have stopped oil pulling for 3 days and my stools are back to their normal...

so its definately the oil!
