OK but how much of this scattering would have happened anyhow only much later and of course not all at once. Migration happens all the time but of course it doesn't happen in full war scale. So eventually unless the person regains a better immune system this is an inevitable occurrence.
Certainly the wandering class of critters like Ascaris will disburse no matter what you do.
