i am not a good "rat" because i haven't been taking the Lugols long enough or the tamarind, but i have been eating a couple tsp per day since the weekend (minus yesterday) and have not experience anything negative from the tamarind. i don't know that i have experience anything positive yet either though! so i guess we are all just gonna have to experiment and hope it "helps" with detox and doesn't make us feel worse!!
