Thanks for the reccommended reading. I will surely check it out/Amazon. I'd love to find something more "in full" on Cayce. I like that you and Newport have this confidence in him.

Indeed, I realized long ago it was the milk that set things afire. But I was suggesting that for so long I ate tons of veggies (which are the most common sources of worms - until properly cleaned of course). Guess the cleaning is the key. Of couse it is.

I will say, though, that after switching to kefir, yogurt and occasionally goat's milk - nothing is different. Love yogurt and kefir, so I keep drinking it when I can.

Bulgarian tablets?? Easy to come by - or an ancient commodity?
