great post. i have been upping my Lugols everyday...started with just one drop and felt it bigtime. in less than a week i am up to 8 drops and i consistently drink my salt juice (don't like it in water) and take my vitamin C throughout the day and i am only feeling minimal detox symptoms. hope this continues!

i am also eating tamarind to help with fluoride detox.
