Interesting, but confusing. Why are you so sure he's talking about cultured milk (kefir/yogurt). Doesn't read that way to me, though I know almost anyone reccommends cutting out milk - replacing with k/y.

Before learning I had parasites, my diet involved pretty much ONLY milk (cappaccinos, etc.) leafy veggies, and I'm an apple freak. But this was also the period when the 'sites really "came to life".

Is there any link from the Cayce interview you can post?
