Erik asked what clays I have been using to pack into a $1.99 athletic mouth guard and then wear in my mouth overnight to assist in treating a cavitation site.

I have mainly been pleased with green clays. Argiletz is the one I am currently using.

ps, I have just recently started using the clay in this way again and have once again been very pleased with the results it is giving.
